Hans L. Bergqvist

Hans L. Bergqvist has been working as administrator in bankruptcies and as restructurer of companies since 1985 and has an extensive experience of administrating substantial bankruptcies and corporate restructuring cases in various branches. Hans was in December 2011 appointed administrator in the Saab Automobile bankruptcy, one of Sweden’s largest bankruptcies in history with thousands of employees. In addition to these areas Hans is specialized and highly ranked in Sweden within Environmental Law and advices clients in, among others, the automotive industry and airports on a regularly basis, especially as regards permits and contaminated land issues and also works with corporate governance.
