Emma Bädicker

Emma Bädicker has extensive experience in employment law advisory and assists companies across all areas of labor law, including general employment matters, reviewing and drafting contracts, terminations/dismissals, recruitment, business transfers, and corporate acquisitions. She also advises on policy-related issues, workplace safety matters, and discrimination cases. Emma provides support during consultations and negotiations with trade unions and acts as counsel in employment law disputes concerning, among other things, terminations/dismissals, competition, loyalty, workplace safety violations, and trade secrets. Emma also has specific expertise in advising on data protection in the context of employment relationships.
