Christopher Bona

Christopher Bona has been working as a lawyer at Delphi for more than 30 years, assisting companies and organizations in the technology field. The assignments often include questions about Cloud/SaaS services, IPR issues, GDPR and other regulatory issues (including export control). Clients include major industrial companies (privately owned as well as listed), software/consulting companies, semiconductor companies and other technology companies.

Christopher’s assignments typically include strategic advice, assistance in commercial negotiations and dispute resolution regarding both commercial agreements and regulatory issues.

Within the framework of assignments in the technology area, Christopher has also assisted start-up companies both at LEAD (incubator at Linköping University) and in other contexts. Christopher also works with ownership issues in owner-managed companies and works regularly with customers/buyers of IT systems and technology solutions, where he regularly assists both private and public actors, both in commercial negotiations and in disputes within and outside court/arbitration proceedings. Christopher regularly gives lectures and seminars in his areas of practice.

Christopher has for many years also been active in various internal positions at Delphi, both nationally and in Östergötland and in that context worked with organizational and management issues.
