Anders Hulegårdh

Anders Hulegårdh is head of Delphi´s Real Property practice group in Göteborg and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate acquisitions for both industrial and financial players, often focusing on the real estate industry. In addition, Anders also works with ownership issues, such as shareholder´s agreements and related strategic issues. Anders represents both Swedish and international players in the Swedish property market. Anders´ team works with large assignments, mainly M&A, real estate and construction projects and has participated in some of the largest and most complex projects in the Swedish market. Anders is originally a real estate expert and within real estate law Anders works with property development, project development, real estate financing as well as collaterals and real estate consortia. His work also includes easements, commercial tenancy law and other usufructuary rights well as land parceling and certain PBL issues. He also assists in disputes in these areas. Anders has experience in energy and infrastructure and other issues within these two areas. In addition to his legal work, Anders has previously had and currently has a number of board assignments in both listed companies and other organisations. Beside his work, Anders is also involved in Gothenburg´s community associations, including as a board member (secretary) of the Royal Gothenburg Yacht Club (GKSS).
