Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell awarded Client Choice Awards 2016 in the category of Projects & Procurement

Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell has been awarded the Client Choice Awards 2016. Client Choice is an international survey conducted by the International Law Office and Lexology. The award is given to lawyers around the world who distinguish themselves through their extraordinary ability to add value to the client’s business and it is legal counsels who have nominated and ranked lawyers around the world.

Anna has worked at Delphi for 13 years and is mainly specialised in the legal field of public procurement and procurement in the utilities sectors. Anna has extensive experience working for the government, state-owned companies, municipalities and municipal companies and county councils and frequently operates as project manager for the implementation of the entire procurement. Anna has three years (2009, 2013 and 2014) been named one of the world’s top ten lawyers in public procurement of Who’s Who Legal. Anna Ulfsdotter Forssell is top ranked by the international legal ranking institute Chambers (Band 1) in Public Procurement and Legal 500 (Leading Individual) in the areas of Public Procurement and EU & Competition. Anna is also ranked in Band 3 in Life Sciences.

Quote from a selection of clients who participated in the survey:

She is exceptionally skilled, responsive to client’s demands and also very amicable.

Anna’s ability to make the client feel completely safe makes her stands out amongst other attorneys.

Delphi’s practice group of public procurement and public projects is one of the largest and most experienced in Sweden. Assignments include all types of business transactions between the public and private sectors, from pure procurement issues to advice in connection with outsourcing and public infrastructure projects. The group has established itself as one of the most reputable in the country and also received international attention with the highest rankings in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.

“It is an honour to have been nominated in Projects & Procurement and truly flattering to also have been given the award for Sweden. It is particularly encouraging to receive the award this year because the year has been unusually eventful within procurement. We have three new procurement directives being implemented in Swedish law, several and very exciting procurement cases in both the Swedish courts and the European Court of Justice and in addition to that an increased number of inquiries from clients in other Member States. I look forward to working with our talented procurement team and help both existing and new clients in this ever-changing area of law,” said Anna.

This is yet another proof that Delphi’s efforts to have the most satisfied and loyal clients gives results. On January 28 Delphi was presented two awards of two possible in Regi’s annual quality and industry survey, Sweden’s largest client survey for law firms specialising in commercial law. The awards were Law Firm of the Year and Large Client Award.
